Payment Terms

Payment is required before programme commencement unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or card payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: no refund
• We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be provided

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
• Ensure children attending our programmes are within the specified age ranges
• Inform us of any special needs or requirements before programme commencement
• Behave respectfully towards our staff and other participants
